Sieving Module
The Sieving Module is crucial for the beneficiation of lunar regolith by separating particles into distinct size fractions. Fine particles are directed to applications like oxygen extraction and 3D printing, while coarser particles are allocated to construction activities such as sintering landing pads or building habitats. Featuring a self-cleaning, patent-pending variable mesh design, the module enables on-the-fly adjustment of output size ranges, eliminating the need for multiple separate sieving units. Integrated directly along the regolith pipeline, it optimizes resource utilization and ensures consistent feedstock quality for downstream ISRU processes without disrupting material flow.
Separates regolith into different particle sizes.
Finer particles directed to oxygen extraction and 3D printing.
Coarser particles used for construction and shielding.
Self-cleaning mesh design prevents blockages and minimizes maintenance.
